Welcome to my appointment
I evaluate and treat both pediatric and adult patients. I perform fit-to-dive examinations and certifications for recreational, professional, and occupational divers. You can visit my appointment for diving related illnesses or problems or for re-evaluation after decompression illness. Suspicion for non-emergency decompression illness can often be evaluated in the same day. In this case, you should be in contact by phone to our customer service.
My special expertise
I have completed the special competence training in diving and hyperbaric medicine (level 2D/2H), and therefore I am able to evaluate and write statement for occupational divers as well. My research interest is in technical diving, particularly, in CCR-diving, and its physiological changes in humans.My other specialty is pathology, particularly kidney and transplantation pathology.
